We are able to display pictures in our forms specific to given records, but have been unable to print them. The pictures are in a *.pcx format as specified on page 12-58 of the Version 6 manual. As I recall from earlier versions, pcx is the only format that will both display and print pictures.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Joe,

What exactly is happening when you try to print your report.
I've never done pictures in a report, but I've sure done a bunch in
form letters.

The form must be created and printed using the Typeset mode. On the form press F5 and select "create a picture object". Enter in the picture filename enclosing it in quotes such as "Signature.pcx" (I think you can create a path to the pic file, I'll try it to see).

Adjust the height and width values as needed.

Print the form in typeset mode and you should have it. We use that for printed certifications that prints out peoples signatures we have scanned and saved in .pcx format. (saves a lot of autographs)
