Start up Error Message

I have an application that has been running for years. The other day I went to print something and my machine went down and rebooted. When it came back up I tried to start the application with the icon. A message now appears

ERROR.

Continue Retry Escape Main menu

The application will not start. I get the same error just starting alpha4. on top of the main menu I get the same message.

I can no longer get into the application or the alpha4 main menu

Any ideas?

Hi Chris

You may have corrupted your startup database/set. Have you tried hitting {F9} and selecting a different Dbf/Set when the A4 Splash screen appears?
