View Full Version : indexing and reports in Contact Manager

Two problems with Contact Manager.
1. We cannot get it to index entries even though there is an update index
2. Reports only preview one page. What do we need to do to give us everything we ask for?
Any help would be appreciated!

Your two problems may be related.

1. Reading between the lines, you may be in a query on the contact page that is limited to the records in that query.

Do a control-I on the contact page and see what index or query is active.

If it's a query, you may need to change the calling menu and reset up the call to the contact form. I've seen this before and the fix is that easy.

#2. If #1 is answered by the previous reply, then you have only one page to print/preview. The report that you are previewing may have the 'use currently selected records' option in either the report or the call to the report.

Otherwise, you should have the controls to move to multiple pages per the attached image.
