View Full Version : NetMailer recognition problem in V7

I picked up a copy of NetMailer a couple of weeks ago with the $99 A5V7 special. I install the product, and the Addin Manager shows that it is installed.

However, when I select a customer table, and select NetMailer | Create new job, I get an error which says that NetMailer is not installed.

Is this a bug and do I possibly need an update for NetMailer?

I had the same problem and sent a bug report message. Selwyn Rabins advised me to re-download NetMailer and reinstall it. That did the trick.
