I would say that "alpha gets mentioned" is a more appropriate title

Got it. When I started reading it I didn;t think Alpha would possibly be in the article.

fyi - there has been a surge of traffic to our blog and our web site since the article appeared.

As a further note we are reaching out to the press in a a concerted effort through our PR agency www.gregoryfca.com to raise the profile of Alpha Software - we expect a lot more coverage in the coming year in both the business and computer press.

Thanks

I recommended this once before:

Make download.com rate your new product, that will attract a lot of new users, specially non programmers

I used to do PR for a national organization. Trust me. That little mention is worth a truckload of gold. One of the few things better than that is ink on the front page of the New York Times. We got that once and didn't stop answering the phone for two weeks. Other news orgs read the WSJ and NYT and decide that that's the important stuff.

Richard,

Getting attention in the WSJ is definitely as good as "hitting a 6"!

Good job, keep up the great work!

Kind regards,
Bill

Problem is, if it's in the NYT who's going to believe it!!:D
