List contents show when Chrome Console is used?

This one is a hard-one to title, even describe. But I'm out of ideas.

Button on a UX opens a list in a window. But, the list appears to be completely empty.

Now, if Chrome console is open, all I need to do is touch or even very slightly adjust the height of the console, and the list data shows up.

It's clear to me this is a client-side problem -- the data's all there and appears instantly when I adjust the console height.

Can't find a fix for this and wonder if anyone's seen this before - and has a fix.

This happens to be pre-release 7630-5573.

I don't use prereleases, but, years ago I had a list sizing problem that the following code in the list's afterRenderComplete event seemed to fix. Maybe it'll work for this too...not sure...

setTimeout(function() {
    ci.resize();
    delete ci;
},10);

Thanks. That's the kind of thing I had in mind to "jog" this but unfortunately it doesn't do the job.

I've also discovered that even a simple browser window resize (even 1 px) fixes the list display. So, gotta see about finding window resize javascript or similar I guess.

And I don't care to be putting out a pre-release either, but circumstances require it.

Try simply:

var listObj = {dialog.object}.getControl('MYLIST1');
listObj.refresh();

That forces the list to redraw with the current data.

First, put it in a button on the form and press it once things are loaded. If that works, then you can put it in the onrendercomplete event.

I had a similar issue in the past. If the list control has the fill container property checked, and also has a client-side show/hide expression for the same list control, the list would display the header, but no rows.
