Simple example of an issue I am running into and wondering if there is a fix or if this is just how things work...
My main application is styled as MobGray which looks great but when using things like panel layouts and other mobile controls mob gray doesn't work well (mainly because there isn't a class set up for many of these controls). I don't know what type of issues I will run into if I try and change the entire projects class to the iOS7 style or even just changing the TabbedUI's class to iOS7 because before the iOS7 style came around I started building some of my own classes for buttons as I hated the look of the MobGray buttons and I have used these everywhere in my application and am not sure how I would fix this issue without going to every button and deleting the classes (maybe building a similar class name into the iOS7 style)? Also, don't know how the switch would affect all the controls and UXs I have already built and can't afford to have my functionality messed up.
So to alleviate my problem I was hoping I could build a component with the iOS7 style selected and this would override the MobGray since it would be the "closest" style to the controls. However, this doesn't seem to be the case. I also tried to add iOS7 to the "Additional Grid Styles" property of the TabbedUI (since the description of this property made it sound like it was the fix) but not sure if this property is only applies to grids as it didn't work for my UX component?
So to the question, is it possible to have my overall project and my TabbedUI set to MobGray but still have components within the project set to different styles? So far the only fix I can find is to add the iOS7 component to an a5w page and open this page as its own browser window. However, I don't think this is possible from the TabbedUI menu which would mean I would have to open a UX component that just has a button on it that would then load the page in its own browser tab so the MobGray style wouldn't have an affect (not very user friendly though).
Thanks for any help!
