Martin,
Do you have an idea as to how many records will fit on a page? Or is the record area variable based on the size and number of fields?

If it is a fixed length and you know how many lines will fit on a page, then you may need to do a query before the report based on the date range, count the records and then you should have an idea as to how many pages there would be.

I know it's not a formula, but is this what you are looking to do?

Looks like an extra right paren

ISNOTBLANK('REGION'))

Also, you don't seem to be executing the query to set the primary index. (Or closing the table after.)

the extra paren is for the end of the first IF
how would you write it?
by the way, the name of the report is "stat perf loco detail no"
