The attached sample, CCU - Copy.zip, has 3 tables that concern me for this question. They are in the set "social_search". "servicecontrol" is a table that has IDs and dates of when a client comes to the business for services. "general" contains the head-of-household and "family" contains any family members.
Lets say Aqueena comes in for a service with Mike, Travis, Bob, and Dan in her household. 3 of the 5 have the numbers "154" in their SSN. Incidentally none all of the numbers and people in this sample are fictitious. When Aqueena gets a service that creates an ID in the servicecontrol table. The next time she comes in she will get a new ID for the new service and new data is created in General, Family, etc to connect to the new ID.
2 years later Bob comes in for service. When we search for his SSN we need to see that he was in Aqueena's household. So I created the Operations "ssn search on set" and "ssn search on set2". There are two simply to allow me to make changes and compare the two.
When you run one of these it will ask for a SSN. if you put in "154" you will get 5 results. 3 for Aqueena, 1 for Mike, and 1 for Travis. This is expected since Mike and Travis have 154 in the SSN. The 3 for Aqueena are expected because she has 3 visits.
What is NOT expected is that when you get the browse after entering "154" the first column, Id, will show "20697" for all entries. Some should have "100" some should have "20697". And to make it even better, when you scroll to the right far enough to have Id fall of the left side and then scroll back to be able to see Id again, it will have changed to all "100"
Why does the ID column not show the correct ID, and why does it change?!?!?!
Thanks,
dan
