Trying to get the calendar to work as I want and think it is by far the most complicated add-on I have seen in A5. I probably have to get someone to do it for me in the end but I still want to give it a go.
Simply put, I have two calendars in my set up. There is one "room" calendar and one "people" calendar. Both have their own events as you can book a person wihout booking a room (scheduled for a task etc) or book a room without any people. There are just minor errors when doing them separate but it gets really complicated when trying to get them to work together...
In the "room calendar" I would like to be able to add people to the booking in a repeating section. When entereing a new record (or updating a record) I would like to see the event information for the room, but I also want a repeating sectionto be able to add people. This repeating section is based on the "people calendar event". If the person is opening their calendar they should be able to see their bookings in there as well, probably with a link to see the room booking. Bassically it is a one to many relation between two tables (one room event an have many people events, but not the oposite as you can�t be at more than one place at a time).
Don't know if my explanation makes sense, do you think this is doable at all regarding the need to specify the fields in the dialog from the calendar component?
