HELP! - Query returns mixed results dependent on Output Mode chosen

When I run the following script in BROWSE, FORM or in REPORT mode, all 11 "EMA" records are returned. This is as it should be. However, when I run it using LABELS, only 8 records are returned. The 3rd, 4th & 9th place (Rating) records are missing. The same holds true when I create the Order and Filtering criteria on the fly. All 11 records show up in every case, except for when attempting to create LABELS.

This has got me scratching my head. What am I, or the LABLE creation module, missing?

I suppose this is stating the obvious, but are you sure you didn't put a filter in the label definition when you created it?

Thanks Robin.

That wasn't the specific problem but it did make me scrutinize the "Label Properties". Under the "Label" tab, where it asks for "Table Level Table:", I had the wrong Table Name. I corrected it and all is fine.

(I'm surprised that 8 of the 11 targeted records came out at all. The Label Query is going against a set.)
