Mean, Median, and Mode

I am currently using Alpha 5 Ver. 4.5. I have created a report listing several thousand payments made by an insurance company for a specific procedure. In the report I can calculate the Mean or average payment, but I can not seem to find a way to calculate the Median and the Mode.

I am defining the Median as "the middle value of the several readings, where all those given readings are placed in an increasing order." ie. Middle Value

The mode is the most common value found in a group consisting of several reading. ie the Most Common Value.

Here is a Median function that is much faster and by specifying a filter, can compute the Median on a subset of records. For reports, just make the filter equal to the group break value.

query.filter = filter
