Have you checked out the script recorder? I don't do things this way, but if I did I would get the code from the script recorder.

If you are looking for keystrokes as in A4 go to action scripting and choose "send keys". You will get something like this when you covert it to xbasic:
sys_send_keys("{Enter}{Enter}{Enter}{Enter}")

Hi William,

I am trying to speed up entry for a user. The first field has a lookup table that popsup. The 4 enters consecutively are merely entering the values of the lookup map into a child table, if I can make that part automatic by putting 4 enters in a row after line 11 , she can begin entering new data immediately. As it is now, when she presses F3, it is necessary for her to press enter 4 times and then begin entering the data.

The recorder seems to recognize theTAB key for what you want. This should work ok:
:enter_player.next()
:enter_player.next()
:enter_player.next()
:enter_player.next()
or
sys_send_keys("{Tab}{Tab}{Tab}{Tab}")

In my opinion it would be better to write code to explicitly create the values you want rather than creating what is in effect a keystroke macro. And it would be straightforward to do so.

i may be wrong here, but it seems that what you need to do is have a lookup fill in some fields, then skip over them when they are filled to continue data entry.
One way is to put a skip field rule in for the fields to skip as in .not.isblank(field)
another way would be to put in an on exit event script to go to where ever you want to go next.
The skip would be closest to A4
