I'm currently working on upgrading a customers desktop database to be able to collect all of the data that is required from an agency working to help clients who need funds to pay for rent, heat, and other essentials. The customer is funded by HUD and other grants.

My question is, has anyone created an Alpha database to collect this client info already?

There is a Bowman Systems database called ServicePoint that they are required to use for data entry. However, it lacks some of the things they need. This customer needs to be able to print a voucher for their client to take with them for groceries, etc but servicepoint can only do that after 24 hours. They need it real time.
