Need to export from Alpha 5 version 2

Evening-
I have been tasked with updating a database for a cemetery, and they use Alpha five v2.

What is the best way for me to export records and field names from this version? I have looked everywhere and I cannot find an export function anywere.

Where are you going with the data?

I don't have v2 to look at, but there should be an export operation that can be built.

If you are going to another version of Alpha, the data can still be used.

Or you can read the dbfs with a number of programs/database management systems.
