Freelance Developer needed

Hi

Can anybody help we are a small business based up in Cumbria and have a stock manager system developed in V4 back in 1999 and was looked after by a freelance developer who unfortunately passed away last year. We are looking for somebody who can look at our system and maybe bring it a bit more up to date. We have purchased V11 from Alpha but need help to transfer the system to it.
