    Default Timestamp Help

I need a timestamp that only changes when the record is changed, this works with a calculated field until you run an update. When you run an update, it updates the timestamp on every record, whether it is changed or not.

I am thinking maybe something like calculated_field_set()
    CALCULATED_FIELD_SET( Variables as P, Name as C, Expression as C )

but I dont know how to write a variable saying if any field is changed.

I tried to set events and no success.

    Any ideas?

In my systems, I use a field that is set in an on_change event, not in field rules.

    Alli. try this.
Unzip it and see what happens when you change the DATA in the field.
This is one of many ways, but the essence is much the same.
The example might explain things a bit more, and it shows the different ways to capture dates and times. Well some of them anyway.
