I recently uninstalled reportbuilder and did a clean install.
After doing so, I am unable to access the software.
When I attempt to do so, I am offered a choice to enter a license number, or to buy one.
I enter my number, but nothing changes.
*Edit* - To Clarify, by nothing changes, I mean that my license code is in the text box, but the OK button remains grayed out. The evaluate option is not active; stating that my trial period has expired. The license I am entering was written down from the about screen prior to the uninstall, and also was checked against the receipt we have from it's original purchase.
I was able to open the program with no problems prior to the reinstall, so I think my license should be valid still.
Any thoughts?
