To run "One-step Backup" more quickly and easily,
I scripted it using AutoHotkey to be triggered with Ctrl+Alt+B
(but you can change it to be any other key combo you like)

Simply copy the code below and add it to your AutoHotKey.ahk master script

Code:
;set window title match to "begins with" pattern match
SetTitleMatchMode 1

;set 5 milliseconds between keypresses when doing ControlSend
SetKeyDelay, 5

;One-click Backup hotkey for Alpha Anywhere activated with Ctrl+Shift+B
^+b::
IfWinExist Alpha Anywhere
	WinActivate
	SetControlDelay -1
	ControlClick, x227 y43, Alpha Anywhere
	ControlSend,A5MenuBar1,{Down}
	ControlSend,A5MenuBar1,{Down}
