QB Connection Problems

Parameters : QB Premier Accountant Version 12; QReportBuilder Version 11; Flexquaters QODBC Version 14.00.00.298; Windows 7 64bit Professional.
I have been very happy whilst using the above with QB Database 2008. At this stage we were using QODBC 11.
We now upgraded to the QB Version 12 above and can no longer connect. I have upgraded the QODBC to version 14 above but the QReport Builder keeps giving a connection error that the QODBC is version 11 which is clearly not the case since the above 14 is installed and working.
I have had to re-write some reports in Access 10 but would rather use QReport Builder.
Please advise how I can correct this.

Use Alpha instead of QRB.

First open the project in QRB and share it.

Then open in Alpha. You'll use the proper QODBC driver to refresh.

Once you have the tables refreshed, you can use Alpha or QRB to build the report.

Run the report from Alpha so any refresh is done with the proper QODBC driver.

Two further questions. 1) How and where do I get Alpha Reports. 2) How do I share the QRB Report.
