Hi,
(I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate, I was trying to enter a new line and the whole email disappeared .. not sure where it went, but I didn't see it in the MessageBoard, soooo ... here it is again)
I'm trying to incorporate into my project a feature similar what appears to be the purpose of the sample project entitled E-Mail Features Demo, to wit the ability to accept an email and consume certain portions of it and update the appropriate database.
I downloaded the sample, and entered in the requested information using my gmail account and using the SMTP and POP information provided from the gmail site.
When I send the email through the sample application, the email successfully appears in my gmail account.
Then when I click on the Receive email, it appears to successfully connect to the account and indicates that it's processing "X" of 267 headings. However, once it gets to 276, it indicates that it thinks that my emai hasn't received the server yet, even though it clearly has and then asks me to wait and try again.
I wait and I get the same result.
Has anyone else tried this demo and have it work successfully?
It seems like a very nice feature, I just can't get it to work ...
Thanks for any help ...
Kevin
