    I've approached their IT guy. He's outta the office until next Monday.

    The A5 docs say that the http* functions are pure Xbasic implementations of the calls; I tried changing default browsers anyway to no avail.

    Does the XML in the failed body give further details on the cause of the error?

    Yes. Lots of info, but I think this is the key part:

    The input was not a valid SOAP message because the following information is missing: action.

    Their IT dept verified that they are not blocking anything pertinent here - the port, the host, URL or anything else we can think of.
