Default Transferring dbf from one database to another

I want to transfer gledger files (CDX DDD DDM & DDX) from one database to another. I have used A5 to BACKUP these files to the desktop. When i BACKUP these files they are placed on my desktop under the name of the database they came from.
I want to RESTORE this file another existing database. I am afraid if I try to RESTORE these files to the NEW DATABASE that it will over lay the whole database. What is a good way to do this?

    Don

    Do this instead:

Just use Windows Explorer, and copy the various files from your source database folder to your destination database folder. Then, in your destination workspace Control Panel, click on the toolbar icon with the green plus, and add the copied table to your workspace.
