    Default Services Status Manager

I have a table that stores: requested services, customer requested delivery times and delivery status.

I would like the application to produce a messages box that pops one hour before the requested delivery time if the delivery status is not shown as "completed".

Do we program this as an event?

or do we need to write code to loop through the records?

Any hints would be highly appreciated. Thank you

You would need to write code to loop through the records. The ontimer event for a form might be the appropriate place to trigger the code.
    There can be only one.
