I have a UX login component that I have added a "Change Password" capability to.
So the user fills in the "OldPassword" field and the New and Confirm Password Fields and clicks on the Submit button.
This is handled in the "AfterDialogValidate" Server Side event, where I am using the built in Action Scripting "Change Web Security Password".
This generates an xBasic function call to "ExecuteServerSideAction("Change Web Security Password::Change_Web_Security_Password")".
This all works great, and the password gets changed as it should. However, the function generates a javascript alert message for the results. This is OK as well, except that the message that is generated when a password is successfully changed includes a line that reads: "Global Error" before the line that reads "Password Changed".
I am using an earlier version of Alpha Anywhere V12 (no updates for over a year now), so perhaps this has been changed. But it seems like it should not include the phrase "Global Error" when there has not been an error at all.
Has anyone had this, and is there a fix? It may have been changed in a subsequent version, but I am wondering if I can change the function in some way to eliminate the Global Error par of the message.
Thanks for any help anyone might have.
