Default need help in creating query for DataSeries to make a graph

I need to create a graph per months. I am able to get my query working using 2 tables to gather the information needed, but if one of the table has no data for that
month then it does not return anything. I need to show 0 for march if there is no data.
    This is the en result

To get the data series I need to get data from 2 tables in order to calculate the values going in the graphic.

My graphic needs to calculate TIF (TotalTifInjury*200000/TotalHrs) for every months. so if not data in march I have to show 0.

I tried and now my head is not seeing it if anyone can direct me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

To have the graph show zero for a month with no activity you will have to add records for those months with no activity and put zero values in the fields you are graphing.
    There can be only one.
