We have a v11 desktop application that has faithfully been able to download emails via pop from various email servers for many years.

About 6 months ago we changed to hosted Outlook 365 and it continued to work just fine... Until October 1. Although it will still download headers, it won't download the actual messages.

I figure that Microsoft made a change -maybe security- that isn't allowing the download but can't get anybody to confirm that.

Any ideas/suggestions would be very appreciated!
