    Default Grouping in Reports

I have duplicate HTML reports (one for grouping the data by day and the other one for grouping the data by user). The reports work great and when I run them online the data groups properly. However, whenever I use the Excel or PDF button at the top of the HTML report for the one grouped by user the data doesn't come out grouped the same way (however this issue doesn't occur on the grouped by day report). I have attached some photos of what I mean.

How it looks online (using the group by user report):

How it looks when I click the PDF button on that page:

How it looks online (using the group by day report):

Any ideas what would be causing the grouped by user not to work when the group by day one does?

I have fixed this issue, I had "Use set ordering" checked on for one of the groups and this seems to be what was throwing everything off.
