Default Deleting table fields from UX

Good morning. Yes, I'm afraid I'm back! I wasn't sure whether to post this query here or in the web app area...

I have a desktop browse - see image below - whose records are stored in a dbf table. This table is data bound to a UX component on my website. There are in fact two tables in the set, one with product details and the other with address details.

What I would like to do is to give the online user a couple of buttons - in the UX component - so that he would have the option to delete certain fields in the record, but not delete the record. I have circled the fields in question. The user may want to delete either set of fields, or none. I am guessing the solution is via Java, but I'm not sure where to begin. I would be grateful for a pointer in the right direction.

    Many thanks Desktop.png

Ooops! I've just realized I have a massive error in my question above - sorry.

At the time that I want the user to have the option to delete various fields in the online UX component, this is PRIOR to the data being saved to the tables. So I need to revise my question to:

Can I have a button, or two buttons, to delete either or both sets of the circled Label Controls? (These have been populated via a Lookup table). I have attached a different image this time.

I'm thinking this should now be in the Browser area as opposed to here...
