Local documentation? Check under the A5V12 program directory for a folder localdocumentation with zip files in it.
    There can be only one.

You might not like the legacy help since none of the images will display, but the links to the wiki still work.

    Thanks Stan
Robin - for desktop I prefer it - you don't use links to the Wiki for the local help

If you still have A5V10 installed somewhere, in the main folder is a file called: alphafivehelp.chm.
It's a Compiled HTML Help file. While it's dated, because Alpha's development has been focused on WEB, the help file is still relevant for a lot of my needs. Every time I do reference the WEB help, it's the same as this version 10 help file. And the file contains all the images.

    Its my client, not me.

I've been using Alpha since late 1998, and the help file they introduced with V11 is hands down the best they have ever had. If you do the web, then it is a different story, of course.

Stan, I found and unzipped the files, but doesn't change anything.

I've forgotten whether you can add the local documentation after installation or if it is an option during Alpha install. I find the unzipped files in

    C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Alpha Software\Alpha Anywhere Version 12\Installations\CProgramFilesx86a5v12
    There can be only one.

Might be worth a quick look at View, Settings, Preferences, Documentation and set it to UseLegacy for that install (default is (UseNew). I don't know if that will change what the Documentation menu choice does. Probably will require a restart.
