Hi Gregg,
Not sure where the expdate gets its variable or if this function runs all by itself?

I added to table expire date called agreement_expdate.
I didn't want to figure out date myself, so I added a script that just takes the data renewals and length to generate the expdate in table.
I will change it to probably to a single page update and cut code down. This updates all dates in the table at once.
I ran your code by itself and nothing. Tried inside the rental rate update and nothing, so I am doing something wrong somewhere and maybe I need to add more to what you sent here?

i would run that function either from the autoexec script or from the forms init event.
if you want,this could go a lot easier by phone and maybe teamviewer

Thank you, just walked away after asking how you did it and then as I went to take a shower "too humid and hot today" I realized you attached to form on fetch and why my form changed.
I just changed what I posted here now, so I will look at it again.

My turn to hope the attachment works.
I notice the function/script to adjust the escalatorDate is missing so I adjusted data as necessary
to test functionality.

Hi Gregg,
I had a chance to play around with it and changed to use an expire date and this is great!
Only thing is can the code be adjusted so when there is no date available that it does nothing being no messages. I noticed with a new record or a record that is entered, but awaiting a final start date?
Came up with some huge number message expired zillion days ago in the pop-up when I clicked enter new record or tested I have tenant waiting final date.
