Hello Alpha Professionals,
I have a UX interface for a WEB Application which several departments uses, each department have its own unique ID by a session variable for their logon
Dept. A Session.ID = 100, Dept. B Session.ID = 200. etc..
On the Interface I have 3 text box which is use for signature line (Ex. Manager Signature, CEO Signature, Cust Rep Signature). Each department have different
signature requirements and different number of signatures requirements. These signature are needed for Reports.
Example:
Department A use only Textbox1 for - Manager Signature
Department B use Textbox1 for - Manager Signature and Textbox2 for - Cust Rep Signature
Department C use Textbox1 for Manager Signature and Textbox2 for Cust Rep Signature and Textbox3 for CEO Signature
The problem I am trying to solve is that each time a department logon to run the reports they have to re type in the signature line in each textbox,
is there a way to have the system save each department signature after typing it in the first time, so the next time A Department login in to run a report their signature line automatically appear
in their respective textbox and they don't have to re type it in each time.
Any Idea or help will be greatly appreciated
