    Default ReactOS

    Hi All.

Has anyone tried to run Alpha under ReactOS ? This is a new operating system written in c++. It looks like windows XP toWin/7. It has been written without copying any widows coding. It is perfectly legal with no copy write issues. You will recognize the system immediately. It is what we grew up with (without the tiles).

It is not an emulator, but meant to run windows products natively.

I know they are still working on the system, but it would be nice to try it out.

Since Windows will cease updating Windows 7 in 2020, this might just be something to migrate to if it works.

Maybe Alpha can do a test for us.

    Cheers to all

ReactOS is in alpha now. NOT finished product.
I would not waste time with it yet as it seems to be 64bit only and AA runs in 32 bit only.
They even tell you to run it in a VM for testing with software like AA

I would assume Microsoft will do all that their current software is not compatible.

I would doubt MS will react at all to it
