    Default Remote Support (TeamViewer Alternative)

The list price for TeamViewer 14 (we're still on TeamViewer 12) is now $2400 annually. Maybe we'll get a break on the upgrade price but it's still a big jump. No surprise, we're looking for alternatives that are more reasonably priced. What are the alternatives out there? Our key requirement is unattended access for about 25+ machines and at least 3 concurrent sessions.

are these machines in one location ?
I've tried and hate teamviewer for various reasons but I support approximately 50 computers using vpn and ultraVNC or Remote Desktop, depending on what I need to accomplish.

All are in Texas except for me, in Atlanta. It's a mix of desktops and virtual machines and servers. At the moment, I'm the only remote. The administrator on-site accesses a whole bunch of machines on the network. For a long time I used a VPN/remote desktop combination but, between firewall and internal support issues, that went away. The admin uses a combination of TeamViewer and remote desktop for his internal stuff.

How about Sybele Software Thinfinity family. I use just VirtuaUI (with Delphi) so not yet experience of their other two solutions. But you can test them free for 30 days.

Have a look at https://www.splashtop.com/pricing?pricing=2 worked very well when we needed a temporary solution during a teamviewer outage recently.

Finian, I Googled and this free list came up.

Not sure if Chrome will get you through the security though.

Take a look at RemotePC.com. May suite your needs and reasonably priced.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. Some we have been looking at (RemotePC) and some I'd never heard of (Splashtop and Sybele).

    We'll see what happens.

    Thanks again.
