Default Xbasic Error Handling -- Symbol multiple defined ??

Adding some error handling to existing xbasic function within the same UX. I'm getting an error I've never seen before...

This seems like an IDE bug. If I change the second error handler code to "ErrorHandler2" the error goes away. Which is fine but when you're handling errors in multiple functions and in the server side events it's a little cumbersome to rename everything.

From Selwyn: it is not a bug. all labels need to be globally unique
