I have set up a couple of templates, with a default profile that is using the default email client (MS Outlook).

The template has a couple of fields in the body text (its a confirmation appointment email so its name, date, time, etc). When the template is previewed it looks fine; when we then go to actually send an email its also fine (see screenshot below). When I send the email and it arrives at the recipient it is blank. Looking in my sent items I can see its blank too.

If I save it as a draft and then send it then the message is as pre the screenshot. Its as if the screen display is a temporary file and its not writing to MS Outlook.

All suggestions/advice welcomed.
