Default Permission Issue Grid Component in Desktop

Looking for some guidance. I have created a grid component in a database. I can access that grid using the Live Preview function (via Application Server). When I try to view it in in Working Preview - or if I embed in a desktop form - the grid will display but I get a fail to access error whenever I try to edit the form. I have checked my firewall connection and Alpha 5 and App Server are allowed. Any other ideas on what to check?
