    Default Printer Issues

I upgraded an account to A5V12 a few weeks ago and since that time, an EDIT REPORT is causing issues.

The font, while fine in the actual code is fine, however it changes to very large - 100+ ! Then, the client has to get out of the software and re enter Alpha/5.

    Any ideas ???

The printer remains the same as A5V11 - HP LaserJet 1320.

    Default Printing Issues

I upgraded an account from A5V11 to A5V12 a few weeks ago. All seemed to go well. However, I received a call from a user that when they run an EDIT REPORT, the EDIT REPORT produced, jumps to what appears to be a font that does not fit on the screen. The report has been static for months and months. Why would that report now be unreadable on the screen ? The report was unmodified from A5V11 and the user, shuts down A5V12 and reenters the database. All then appears to be fine.

Sounds like a memory issue on the computer.

Anything else going goofy(that's the Mickey Mouse technical term) on that computer?

See 3rd post below this from Gabriel.
Someone else had this issue but I can't find the thread.
It was to do with extra large fonts and RTF reports.

So the name of the report is

    "EDIT REPORT"

    ?

spaces in object names are not recommended.
You may also be bumping into a name conflict with an internal function.

What build of A5v12 are you using?

Does the report still run properly in A5v11?
You can have multiple versions of A5 on the same computer.

Can you build an example that fails and can be posted here?
