We have a report that displays an image in a subreport. We have been using this report for years and it has always worked fine.
However, we recently added a couple of new computers with Windows 10 and are now running into issues with this report.
When we preview the report in Alpha Anywhere, the image displays fine. We have an option to write the report to a pdf file. When we do this in Windows 10, the image is displayed as a thumbnail sized image in the saved pdf file, even though it displays correctly when previewing within Alpha Anywhere. This only happens with the Windows 10 machines.
If it helps, I have the printoptions when saving the file defined as:
Screenshot when report is previewed:
001.jpg
Screenshot when report is saved as pdf file:
003.jpg
Anyone ever run into something similar or have any suggestions?
Also note...
I am using A/A version 4254-4863 but also tried updating to 6232-5386 and the bug still exists.
