Now that I'm thoroughly hooked on A5 after downloading the demo only 2 weeks ago and attending the Developers Conference last week (AWESOME!) I've run in to something funny with the A5 HTML editor. I can work around it but thought you guys might want to know.
My app requires that I use a Flash SWF app to display images. The image names are pulled from an Alpha dbf table and passed to my Flash app using a session variable. When I add the following code to my a5w page to embed the flash object, the HTML editor won't let me edit the file.
"div align="center""
"object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,0,0" width="640" height="480" id="load_jpg" align="middle""
"param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" /"
"param name="movie" value="load_jpg.swf?a5Jpg="%a5 ?session.flash_image %"" /"
"param name="quality" value="high" /"
"param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /"
"embed src="load_jpg.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="640" height="480" name="load_jpg" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /"
"/object"
"/div"
So .... if I want to make any further changes, I simply cut out the code and paste it back in when I'm finished.
I can certainly work around it but found the behavior odd.
Thanks for an awesome product guys!,
Bob
