Submit Button Location

With the web component, how can I move the SUBMIT button from the bottom right to bottom left. I cannot find an option anywhere to change it.

Philip,

Looks like it is available on the dialog component, but not on the grid component. Perhaps this has to do with a conflict with the record navigation bar on the grid component.

Hi Philip,
You can position a SUBMIT button on a dialog component on the left or right. This setting is in Submit/Reset Buttons section, 'Align' option.

Hi Philip,
You can also customize the footer region and combine the placement of the submit and reset buttons with text and formatting etc.
To do this:
1. In the Form, Controls component, select the control
2. In the Dialog Footer Layout section, check the Freeform layout option.
3. Click the Dialog footer template tool icon (little hammer)
4. In the Freeform Column Layout dialog box, make your changes. You can use the HTML Editor if you like to aid in the formatting of text, etc.
