Default File date option in Compact

I like to update apps by just copying those files that have changed. I also would like to compact before copying the files to update an app. I would like to see an option to NOT change the file date and time stamps when a compact is done so I still can see what has changed.

Russ, the files are modified in the process of compacting them so the time stamps must change

Yeah, I know, but it would be nice to be able to identify them after a compact. Cal has some ideas on this that I have to try out.

    Thanks
