    Default Multi Disk Back Up

This is something I had forgotten about. In A4 V6, one of its "bugs" was the fact that sometimes when backing up a db and its related files across multiple floppies, sometimes it would not fully back up all the files (and you would be unaware of the missing "pieces"). As I recall, this back up utility was from a third party who no longer is in business. My question though, is whether this flaw has been addressed in V7, or is it still a problem? I have not noticed any mention of this in the material on V7. Does anyone know?

We did not make any changes to the Backup feature in A4.

These are the only changes that Alpha has advertised they made to A4-V7. The following is a copy/paste directly from this website. As far as I'm aware, there have been no other changes.

New Features of Alpha Four Version 7

    1) Alpha Four Version 7 has been designed to work with the latest operating systems from Microsoft: including Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

    2) Alpha Four Version 7 gives you the option of using Windows printer drivers, resulting in major improvements in printing. Now Alpha Four can now print in Standard mode to virtually any printer you have installed on your computer.

    3) Alpha Four Version 7 has improvements in overall performance.
