    Default Multiple applications

Hi. I have a complex application which was developed in v1.
It was created with over 20 applications, each "group" of applications in it's own sub-directory - ie;AR, AP, GL, etc). Each is completely stand alone.

There are over 2200 files in this system. When I put only 2 "groups" in a database in the primary directory (AP and AR), it took over 2 minutes to simply bring up the primary menu. This is far less that half of the total. I went back to running each set in it's own subdirectory, with it's own database.

I have converted each card stack to menu's. (Actually, I loved card stacks)

My question: is there ANY way to create a form in the primary directory, so that a button could be added for each grouping, then run a master menu for that group (AP, for example). A_APP_CURRENT_PATH wont work, obviously.

Second thought would be to force a CD to the system, and log into the subdirectory. Cant make that work, either.

    Any comments would be appreciated.
