Default Transferring from Alpha4 Ver 6.0.11 to Access

Please advise me if there is a way to transfer data from Alpha4 to Access? We have an Application set up that constitutes 12 Sets and 45 databases and would like to know how much of this information would need to be recreated?

    Hi Pamela
Well, basically the only thing you can use in Access is the database file itself. All sets, forms, reports, labels, letters, etc, etc will have to be created from scratch. You may want to look at the Windows version of Alpha. Its much easier (I use that term loosely) than Access, but still a significant amount of work involved. The newest version of Alpha 5 (version 5) is coming out in the next couple of months, and I believe they have some integration capabilties to upgrade from the DOS version.
