Default Problem with Tables and Sets for a Report

I have an Alpha5 v4.0 application which uses SETS to join data from certain tables. There is a SET which is used to create a report based upon 4 tables, one of which has one to many relationship. When running the report, some of the records display all of the data perscribed, but some do not. How can this happen? Thanks in advance....

    Todd,

Look for a pattern in the records that are being omitted.

    1) If there is a query list presently in effect, that will automatically exclude records that don't match the query filter, if the report is set to be based 'only on selected records'.

    2) Are fields from the child records showing up, but not the fields from the related primary (parent) record? If so, the user has probably orphaned the children by deleting the parent record.

Perhaps others will have more suggestions.

If you need more help tell us more about the pattern of the missing data.
