Default Accessing A5V4 Tables from a website?

Is it possible to access an A5 table from a Website? This is a new area for me and would love an overview of how this might happen.

Would I be able to use the A5 tables or would I have to link them to say an Oracle or SQL table to make this happen?

I want to be able to allow people to run queries from a website and have the results shown in either a table or list form.

At present I am doing reports which are output in HTML and storing these reports on the web server but in time the space reqirement will become onerous so need to look for an alternative.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Hi Themis,

Yes, but you can't (at least not yet) use A5 to 'serve' the data. You'll need a third party product using ODBC to interface your tables to the web server. Php and Cold Fusion are the two products that come to mind. These third party products would access the tables directly, not through A5.
