Default Adding Records to a Table

    Hi,

I am working with Version 5 and I am creating a simple application. So far I have 3 Tables and 1 Form.

I am having proble with my Input Form for a table with 4 fields. The form has a butoon to accept the input from the Form. Any time I enter new data (a New Record) and I check the table (in tabular form) I see ONLY ONE RECORD. It seems to be changing (or updating) the one record in the table. If I clear the table, it simply add a new record. Any subsequent entry only changes the original record. IT DOES NOT ADD ANY NEW RECORD.

I created an event for the OnPush event to "save the record"

    Please help.

Default RE: Adding Records to a Table

Please see the top post "Please read before posting"

A form doesn't need "a butoon to accept the input from the Form"

"Any time I enter new data (a New Record)" - not necessarily a new record unless you make it so.

"IT DOES NOT ADD ANY NEW RECORD." - If you are speaking of the button, there is nothing in the "OnPush event to "save the record"" to add a new record, that is a separate action.
