Hi,

The link leads to a screen that says: "You may not change your email/login name."

The old one will become defunct soon, and I really need to change it NOW.

Emails to Alpha have not been replied to. Where to go fom here?

Denny, I forgot to remove that text. However, just below it you should see something like:

Email Address (your current address) Send an email to len@alphasoftware.com to have your email address updated.



In any case, the solution is to send an email to me at len@alphasoftware.com and I will make the change for you.

OK, I just made the change you requested. You should log out of the message board and then log back in using the new email address with your existing password.

Denny, did you also get my email? I wonder if emails from Alpha are not getting through to you for some reason, which would explain why your previous emails seem to have gone unanswered.

Hi Lenny,

Just returned from the p.o.

The verizon email address received your note okay.

There were intermittent problems with my previous msn URL; apparently 3 out of 3 were bad!
