And of course it says I can change anything in my preferences BUT that. What do I do? Don't E-Mail me..I won't get it. People do change their IPS---you know?

I found this by using search looking for address.

Nancy,
Try what I did - reregister and you can create a new login for yourself.
Dave
No, please do not create a new account. Simply send me an email as the link in Al's post says.
-Lenny
Lenny,
Sorry about my suggestion, but when I called with that question, someone at you end who shall remain unnamed, suggested that I do it the way I suggested.
Dave
I CAN'T REACH YOU...I have tried now all afternoon and this is all I am getting.

Can you forward the entire reply that you mentioned to my email address?
alb@bookwood.com
The last couple of days I and my ISP have had some weird email problems and I like to see if this error is similar to the one you received.
I was having all of my emails to aol addresses rejected by aol this week with a 554 error that explained that aol was getting complaints about spam from certain addresses. Then the next day any email would go through aol. I've never been a spammer, but something was amiss on the aol side. Very strange.
Thanks
Hi Al, That is the entire message. Just those few words. Nan
Nancy,
You can try emailing me at lennyalpha at yahoo. Also please forward me the failure message from your ISP so I can helpt troubleshoot the problem.
-Lenny
Nancy,
I sent an email to Lenny at len at alphasoftware right after you posted a message on 09-14-2003 12:19 AM as a test message. It did not bounce nor was it refused. I noticed that you are using starband as your isp. Perhaps there is a configuration or option not set correct in your firewall or at Starband that is blocking the email.
You might check the settings to be sure that is not the problem.
Just a thought.
Phil
